November 27, 2011.  TMZ brings us a video obtained by The Daily in which Miley addresses the crowd at her 19th birthday party at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles. Once the cake has been brought out, Miley says, “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”

Miley later denied that she was a pothead and said she was just being a “smart ass”.  Read the full article on TMZ.
